Delivery Information

• Click & Collect: is NOT available. Please note this is a delivery service only.

• Delivery is processed via third party courier service.

• Regarding deliveries of Coal, Murphy's Direct do not ship the coal to you.  We sell the Coal to you, collected, ex our yard. By choosing the delivery option on our website, you acknowledge that the Coal is both for your own private use and that you are employing the services of the courier.  The contract for delivery is between you, the customer and the courier. Murphy's Direct only provide the facility of connecting you with the courier and the money for the shipment / carriage goes to the courier for the service.

• Our trusted courier service deliver the goods via truck (please note this may be a large articulated truck on some occasions. Please notify the customer service team when placing an order if the delivery location is small or difficult to man-oeuvre around.

• Order processing times. After an order is placed,it will take 3-5 working days to process. Please note orders can take longer during our busy seasons.  If there is a delay with your order please contact us. If you should have any changes or updates to your order please contact us immediately on 042 9377 094.

• Bulk orders are available nationwide (Ireland & Northern Ireland). Please contact us via phone to place a bulk order.

• Shipping costs: We use an efficient, professional haulage service who charge just €60 per pallet (1 Tonne) to anywhere in Ireland & NI. Please note delivery charges are applied via product weight.

• Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are only granted if the item has been damaged or the incorrect item is delivery. The products must have been untouched by the customer. The office may ask to see images of the product so we can follow up with the delivery service.

• Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected we will be in contact. It is important you provide the correct eircode and a contact number that we can reach you on.

• We deliver nationwide, to all 32 counties in Ireland.

• You can pay using PayPal or via Credit/Debit Card. You can also pay via Bank Transfer however this can be a slower process.
